Her works were awarded the Main Prize of the International centre of enamel in Hungary. She has other awards, such as diplomas from the exhibitions "Russian miracle", "Ornaments of the New century", "Semi-precious stones of Russia", "The Symphony of semi-precious stones", etc. The General Secretary of the United Nations and many other VIP's have jewelry from Larisa Makhova.
