From creating brand awareness and increasing sales, the 3rd International Festival of Russian-Speaking Children and Youth Theaters is the ideal marketing platform for reaching your target audience.
Now in our third year, this high-profile three-day festival features promotional booths, professional master-classes, charitable events and a blue chip list of sponsor partners including The Russian Government Commission on the Affairs of Compatriots Abroad, NBAC Corporation, Comprehensive Primary Care, RushTaxes LLC and ect.
Based on our increasing success, we have earned significant media exposure on a regional level. Last winter, the Festival was displayed on home pages in the Russian community websites, such as Russiandc.com, RussianWashington.com, as well as in the magazines “Virastayka”, “Compatriots” and ect.
We would like to invite your company to tap the sales and marketing power of the Festival scheduled for 15th through 17th of March by becoming a General Event Sponsor with these great opportunities:
o Home Page Corporate Representation. The General level will display your company logo and hyperlink from within one of the sub-tabs of the website. The Premier status will post you on the home page for direct access from every page every time anyone hits the website.
o Electronic and Print Material Promotion (included). Historically tracking more than 10,000 hits in less than four months around event. With a new redesign to streamline access to festival event and sponsor information, it serves as a great advertising vehicle online and via printed festival programs.
o Participants Packs. Each of the 250 festival registered participants, as well as 500 guests will receive a collection of specifically donated product and promotional items from our sponsor partners. The pack will also include a festival program and schedule, food vouchers and festival party credentials.
o Festival Prizes. We plan to award The Winner of the festival with a monetary prize. Each participant will have an opportunity to be rewarded with the special prizes from the Sponsor.
We would also like to invite you to upgrade your participation to a Premier Event Sponsor Partner by participating in some of the following areas of the Festival:
• Right to Host Core Event Activity ($1000). There are several key events open to your participation, such as Charitable Welcome Party, the Sunday Ceremony of Winner’s award and closing ceremony of the Festival.
o Home Page Corporate Representation. The General level will display your company logo and hyperlink from within one of the sub-tabs of the website. The status will post you on the home page for direct access from every page every time anyone hits the website.
o Print Materials Representation. The Premier level will also provide additional call-outs to your participation within the program potentially on the cover or back pages with logo representation. The General level will be represented through a standard pack for the participants/ guests of the festival.
o Event signage. It is a great opportunity to post banners and promotional branded items at the site on Friday through Sunday.
As soon as location will be identified for charitable party, there will also be opportunities for signage at this event.
• Product Sampling ($500). The 2013 edition will feature a “sponsor village” area that would be very successful and offer high-quality traffic from our participants and guests, where we could provide snacks and drinks for our participants and guests.
• Volunteer T-Shirt Display ($400). Each festival volunteer will be provided a t-shirt to wear over the period of festival that will prominently display your logo. This will be a group of at least 50 volunteers on the festival and at the event party.
The tremendous popularity of the Festival and participant growth create the perfect vehicle for creating brand awareness; give a community profile to a nationally marketed brand and increasing sales with a unique, powerful and untapped demographic.
As a community event, the 3rd International Festival of Russian-Speaking Children and Youth in 2013 is going to be positioned and priced to encourage participation by businesses of all sizes.
